Based on the novel by Alexandre Dumas, this adaptation brings the exciting story to stage, where our hero and aspiring musketeer D'Artagnan learns about friendship, love, intrigue and honour as he fights for the French King.
THE GRAY CiRCLE completed projected video and animated backgrounds, which varied from the stormy English Channel and 17th century Paris to abstract cloudscapes and fiery war scenes. Video and photo shoots were conducted in California, France and Cornwall. The imagery was then composited and edited over several months in our London studios, before moving to Berlin to be put into context with lighting, staging and performers. After the success in Berlin the show has transferred to the Apollo Theater, Stuttgart in November 2006.
